Harris Hill are recruiting for a hands on Head of Finance & Resources for this leading disabilities support charity based in London.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a high-quality finance and business support service to the Charity. Deliver excellent budgeting, financial reporting, management system and lead a robust business support function which includes strategic data gathering and analysis

The position will manage a finance team of 3, delivering financial stability, but mainly working on Projects, delivering change, financial reporting and conducting a thorough review all of the charity's financial systems, processes, policies, practices and software and make clear recommendations about how they can improve effectiveness and efficiency for the future.

You will also carry out high-quality financial modelling and analysis to support the development of our new Strategic Plan - with particular emphasis on income drivers, ROI, unit costs, and cost-benefit analysis of activities.

The position requires you to also provide timely and accurate financial information, reporting, analysis and advice to the Chief Executive, Trustee Board and Committees - to inform robust strategic and operational decision-making. Lead the charity's annual budgeting process and be responsible for the production our annual budget.

You will be a qualified accountant with at least five years' charity experience and be project focused.
