Harris Hill are recruiting for a Head of Finance - Fixed Term Contract for 9 -12 Months for this disabilities charity based in Bishop Stortford. Hertfordshire

The primary purpose of the role is to manage the day to day operations of the finance department, working together with the Finance Director and other key stakeholders.

The Head of Finance will implement policies, processes financial controls and IT, as well as producing monthly management accounts, financial statements and produce strategic financial information as required, including annual and three year budgets and revised forecasts, undertake financial modelling necessary to inform strategic decision-making, and work with budget managers to proactively monitor and control income and spend.

You will manage finance staff to drive performance and efficiency, ensuring the delivery of key financial processes (including payroll) and suggesting and implementing changes as required.

You will be a Qualified Accountant, who is able to start before the end of March
