I am working on behalf of a lovely charity based in Bath who is looking for a Head of Fundraising & Communications to join them for a 15-month FTC.

As Head of Fundraising & Communications you will be required to lead and inspire a small team, whilst delivering the fundraising & Comms strategy that will ensure the charity meets its aims and objectives. You will need to establish strong relationships with new and existing donors who have the capacity to give 5-6 figure donations and continue to broaden the mix of income streams.

The bulk of the charity's income is currently through trust and foundations, so previous experience in that area would be very helpful. However, please do get in touch if you have significant experience in other areas of Major Giving or Community and Events.

Ideally you would be free to start In May/June to allow time for a handover with the current post holder.

The position is advertised as full time, but we are able to consider candidates that are looking for part time (minimum 30 hours)
