Head of Individual Giving (remote)

I’m thrilled to be working with Mayhew, Animal Welfare Charity, as they look for a Head of Individual Giving to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a new role for Mayhew Income & Engagement department, therefore this is the perfect time for you to join and really make an impact.

It is also a great time to join Mayhew as they start their new 5 year strategy cycle and prepare to drive their fundraising efforts to the next level.

If you have the following experience, then please do get in touch:

  • A demonstrable track record of driving significant net income and long-term value through developing and implementing individual giving growth and retention strategies.
  • Experience of strategic, tactical and budget planning and delivery with responsibility for the management and achieve
  • Experience of motivating and managing individual giving personnel.
  • A track record of successful individual giving campaign planning and implementation.

You will have line management responsibility of the Digital Fundraising Manager (a role we are currently recruiting for), and in the future this may grow.

You will be working with a hardworking, passionate, and supportive team, who will help you in your success.

This is a fantastic opportunity suited to a Head of OR Senior Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The team are thrilled to focus on engagement, and as Mayhew are entirely funded by public donations, their fundraising efforts are pivotal in supporting their mission.

Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum

Full-time, permanent (35 hours a week)

Location: Flexible. You can work remotely, with the ability to get to North London for key meetings OR in the office, OR Hybrid.

During this time, first stage interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
