Head of Marketing (Engagement)- Norwich

I am thrilled to be supporting a mental health charity based in Norwich, who support, care and campaign for positive change. As Head of Marketing (Engagement) the purpose of this role is to identify and engage new supporters to achieve a range of objectives. You will look to maximise Income Generation and gain more visitors to the website.

This is a newly created role, in a restructured team that brings marketing and fundraising together. You will be an influential manager in the organisation, supporting the overall charity’s strategy and in addition line manage a team of 3, including a Digital Communications Officer the Website & Systems Officer and Supporter Recruitment Officer.

The ideal candidate:

-       Line management experience and a confident leader

-       Experience leading and implementing successful marketing strategies which draw heavily on digital marketing.

-       Charity sector experience is not necessary, but someone with a commercial mindset who has worked in marketing is necessary.

-       Good technical knowledge of marketing databases.

The charity’s supporters have grown substantially in the last 4 years, and in the first week of lockdown the charity had 1000 supporters come through. They are in a brilliant position and are looking for someone to continue with this strength in support.

The role is based in Norwich, close to the train station. You will need to be in the office minimum 3 days a week, with 2 days flexible to work from home.

Salary £32,018
