I am thrilled to be supporting an innovative charity, who pioneer research and fundraise to save the lives of people with blood cancer who need a stem cell transplant. In this newly created role you will unlock the power of volunteer networks across the UK, in order to maximise opportunities to engage with target audiences both on and off line, to help build the stem cell register.

I am keen to speak to someone with expertise in reaching hard to reach audiences, or who has mass supporter engagement experience, through your own effective communication, marketing and relationship building skills.

You’ll be an inspiring and confident team leader who takes a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across the organisation to unlock opportunities. You will also be capable of driving a high performing and efficient team at a time of change.

We are particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience in engaging with supporters from minority ethnic background and can help us make a step change in how we recruit potential donors from ethnically diverse backgrounds.

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience) - includes London Weighting

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Remote / Flexible working (willingness to travel to London Office when required)
