A charity based in London are currently looking for a Head of Services & Grants. The successful candidate will need to manage the Services and Grants team, to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to develop the core product offering to ensure the charity is positioned to provide those it seeks to serve. Please note this is a 12 months FTC.

Key responsibilities
Lead and champion the client journey
Undertake periodic analysis of the client demographic by collating statistics
Design and oversee the strategic direction of online client information, interactive tools and applications to ensure the portfolio of online information is meeting the needs of clients.
Conduct regular team meetings and ensure weekly team catch-ups to review caseloads take place provide insights to new ways of meeting client's needs and facilitate communication with the team.
Ensure the relevant information is input on to the CRM system

Person specification
Management experience within a grant making / benevolent organisation.
Experience of contracting with partner organisations to deliver services
Product and service development experience
Experienced in CRM and telephony / call logging systems
