HR & Recruitment Administrator

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Independent School in West London, in the role of HR and Recruitment Administrator. The successful candidate will assist the HR team with the provision of a comprehensive HR service to the School, in particular the administration of recruitment and safeguarding checks.

Key responsibilities include;
-Administer the recruitment process of Support Staff from vacancy creation to induction
-Ensure compliance with the Schools' Safer Recruitment Procedure
-Organise and carry out all relevant safeguarding checks stipulated by the Schools' Safer Recruitment Policy such as DBS checks
-Assist when required with the recruitment of teaching staff
-Carry out compliance audits on the contractors when directed

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
-Excellent, proven administration and organisation skills
-Experience of delivering excellent customer service
-Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong IT skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience of working within the education sector would be a benefit
