Job description

Harris Hill is working with a medical charity, in their search for two interim HR Assistants, starting ASAP for 3 months.

The role is currently remote but will move to a hybrid model late September, so you will need to travel to London.

The HR Administrator is one of the Resources team that provides support across the organisation.

The role is responsible for assisting the staff team with HR matters, administering all aspects of the recruitment process, maintaining the HR system and reporting, organisation wide learning and development and aspects of internal communications.

Experience
Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Experience of working in a busy environment
Customer facing experience
Experience of working with HR matters, especially recruitment processes
