Harris Hill are working with an amazing national charity in their search for an established HR Business Partner to work with the organisation in both a strategic and operational capacity. This organisation is constantly growing and developing the people strategy and the HR Business Partner will be instrumental in driving organisational change forward.

As an HR Business Partner you will be passionate about working in the charity sector, be focussed on your delivery and your ability to engage with stakeholders across the organisation.

In a growing and changing environment the organisation need someone with strong change & people management experience. You should be able to comfortably lead on TUPE & redundancy as well as leading and influencing key stakeholders.

Strong communication skills are a must to be able to really get to grips with the business partnering element of the role.
