I am currently looking for an HR Business Partner for an innovative international health charity. This role will see you work in partnership with the charity's divisions to deliver a strategic and operational HR service that adds value beyond their competitors.

Main duties:
To partner with Team Directors / Line Managers, providing recommendations / solutions through one to one partner meetings and Divisional team meetings.
To meet regularly with individual Team Directors / Line Managers to review implications for organisational design and change, risks and options and plan for them e.g. team restructures, recruitment, anticipated turnover, transfers, secondment and development including talent management.
To support the Director, People, Organisation and Culture Division in Divisions' Annual Programme Budget formulation and in compiling the annual HR work plan and budget.
To collaborate with Team Directors / Line Managers on the optimal development of the HRIS and the provision of metrics reporting to support business outcomes.
To coach, advise and build managers' capacity in HR practice and management e.g. maternity, absence management.
To develop, implement, streamline (where necessary) and advise on HR policies and procedures.
To provide support, advice guidance on international HR to the charity's satellite.
To advise on specialist or complex recruitment campaigns.
To work on restricted funded bids and to manage HR projects arising from bids.
To ensure that performance management including probation and Performance and Development Review maximises organisational performance and is resource light.
To manage employee relations e.g. performance management, discipline and grievance, secretary to the IPPF union Joint Negotiating Committee.
To be responsible for occupational health (OH), managing the charity's relationship with its OH provider and coaching managers to manage sickness absence and ill health processes.
To manage any other HR projects that come up through the People Strategy / Work Plans.
