HR Business Partner
Location: Rugby
Reports to: CEO


HRBP is 3 days per week, with a total salary of 35,000 (pro rata of 58,000)

Role mission

A senior HR role responsible for leading the development and implementation of the charity's strategic vision through its people and culture strategy.

Effectively leading and taking full ownership of the charity's employer brand, HR requirements and all related organisational objectives on a day-to-day basis alongside administration of the HR function, to drive a values driven charity that applies contemporary principles and creates a welcome and supportive culture.


Person specification

  • Significant generalist experience across a range of HR functions (Resourcing & Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Casework, Policy, Information Systems and Administration), Policy Development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current and emerging Employment legislation, case law and HR best practice, with an aptitude for translating legal developments into practice.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade a wide range of people.
  • To hold or be willing to work towards a CIPD qualification or have equivalent work experience
