Job description

Having placed the HR Manager at this prestigious not for profit members club based in London, the hiring manager is now seeking an ambitious HR Administrator/Co-ordinator who is keen to develop into an HR Advisor.

This organisation is striving to deliver a first class HR service to all managers and employees, regardless of their position or status within the organisation. Delivery should be consistent!

This opportunity will allow an HR professional to get involved in a really broad role. You will work on HR administrative duties such as producing offers and updating the HR database, dealing with first line HR queries and escalating them as needed, working with the benefits provider to ensure the organisation have the best deals. There will also be opportunities to delve into L&D as well. These are just a few of the exciting things you will get involved with.

Amongst all of this you will be expected to input all the payroll data including starters, leavers and adjustments, so attention to detail is an absolute must.

You will have the chance to lead on staff surveys and ways to engage the workforce better whilst also working closely with managers across the organisation to provide feedback on what staff think so you can begin to develop new incentives organisation wide.
