HR Analyst

Job description

I am delighted to be working with an amazing mental health charity to recruit a HR Analyst for various short projects.

Main duties/projects:

Collate, summarise and organise, staff stress risk assessment feedback
Create simplified organisation-wide risk assessment report

Compliance project concentrating on the right to work checks process
Research to ensure process is up to date and fit for purpose for a virtual working environment
Check existing files to ensure compliance and recommend remedial action
Create an HR check list so the process is streamlined

Collate and analyse information from questionnaires and other sources, including:
Review and recommendations to update the DBS process
Analysis of data from onboarding/induction feedback; review and streamline onboarding/induction questionnaire

Be the short-term contact for and administer the in-house coaching scheme
Ad hoc administration support for the Director of HR and Wellbeing
