HR Manager

Job description

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, EC4 to help secure a HR Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract, paying 41,277 per annum. The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for key projects including the migration to a new pension provider and the implementation of a global HRIS.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

The management of matters related to compensation and benefits for all staff, including payroll, pensions and insurance
Lead the implementation of a new HR database
Carry out the review of the pension and healthcare provider(s) including carry out tender/procurement and provider selection processes
Lead the team of HR administrators, coordinating workload and ensuring full integration between office and field

The key skills and experiences include:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable and demanding environment with constantly shifting priorities
Proven experience in working within a shared service delivery function dealing with transactional HR Services
Experience working in an international organisation and familarity with global mobility lifecycle
Experience in procuring, negotiating, reviewing and managing external contracts
