Harris Hill are working on an opportunity with a small national charity with a huge national reach in their search for a recruiter to focus on recruiting business professionals to help advise schools across the country on a pro-bono basis.

Your task will be to take a detailed brief from the regional managers who work directly with the schools in their regions. From the brief you will need to understand the requirements of the schools and then start the talent attraction process, writing good adverts, working through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and on the odd occasion use headhunting techniques when you struggle to attract direct applicants.

You will screen and vet candidates appropriately spending time to understand them and their skill-set before building candidate profiles and co-ordinating interviews and conversations between the school and the candidates.

This is a superb opportunity for a recruiter wanting to move from agency to their first in-house role or an in-house recruiter wanting to work at a higher level.

The role is being offered on a 6 month contract to start immediately.
