Income Generation Executive

Job description

An opportunity for an Income Generation Executive has arisen at an inspiring children's charity to help improve the quality, and size of applications to achieve their 1m+ annual target. You will be part of the Community Services and Partnerships Department helping them generate income to help them with their mission.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-To develop and manage a portfolio of existing and new trusts that are 10k and below, as well as supporting the Head of Income Generation and Senior Income Generation --Executives with selected larger bids.
-You will identify and apply to relevant trusts in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of income targets.
-You will need to have fantastic relationship building skills to have effective relationships with funders. This is demonstrated through excellent stewardship, account management and effective reporting.
-You will be responsible for tailoring applications to the needs and requirements of funders.
-Regular research will be conducted to identify new funding streams to ensure a continuous flow of potential support.

Candidate Requirements:
-You must have had experience of managing and securing trust donations.
-Have a good foundation of knowledge of the income generation including stewardship and account management.
-You need to have evidence of working collaboratively across a large organisation to gather information and data for proposals and reporting.
-To be resilient.
-You must have an excellent track record of superb customer care.
-You will need to be able to show that you have excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
