Individual Giving Acquisition Manager

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a driven, enthusiastic Individual Giving Acquisition Manager to join an ambitious regional charity.

As a member of the Fundraising Team, the Individual Giving Acquisition Manager will be responsible for recruiting all new supporters by utilising all acquisition channels at their disposal to grow the supporter base. They will do so by implementing audience focused fundraising campaigns that deliver long-term sustainable income and will work to provide evidence-based insights to drive fundraising decisions that increase overall effectiveness and maximise Lifetime Value across all Supporter Audiences.

This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity, as they’re now keen to make a step change in their voluntary income, with this role being vital in ensuring that they have sufficient resources to provide their vital service now and into the future.

Offices are located close to High Wycombe, however fully remote working would be considered for the right candidate.
