Individual Giving Acquisitions Support Officer

Harris Hill is working with an international charity, in their search for an interim IIndividual Giving Officer for around 3 months plus. 

This role delivers direct marketing and digital fundraising campaigns to recruit new individual supporters. The role holder will contribute to the development of the right products, channels and messaging to attract new donors as the first step in building a long-term supporter relationship.

Duties:

Deliver high quality direct marketing and digital campaigns to recruit supporters with a view to building a long-term relationship and delivering strong lifetime value.
Plan multi-channel campaigns including channels such as direct mail; paid social and telephone. Campaigns will include lead generation, cash donor and committed giver recruitment, Emergency Appeals and ongoing acquisition campaigns.
Define clear target audiences for all campaigns using accurate data and market analysis; working closely with the Performance, Development and Insight team.
Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues both at external suppliers and within the charity. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders including the Digital team, Campaigns team, Regional teams and Creative/Multimedia; to ensure activity is co-ordinated across the organisation.
Ensure campaigns are reviewed and analysed so that learning is captured and built into planning for future activity.
Ensure all communications are in line with brand, values, identity and overarching organisational messaging.
