Individual Giving Acquisitions Support Officer

Harris Hill is working with an international charity, in their search for an Individual Giving Support Officer for 5 months on a full time bases. 

This role supports the delivery of direct marketing and digital fundraising campaigns to recruit new individual supporters. The role will also support the Individual Acquisition Team as it sets and develops the Individual Acquisition program, covering Lead Gen, DRTV, Paid Social Campaigns, Digital and Dialogue Channels.

Duties include:

Monitor campaign performance and ensure results are up to date.
Monitor agency performance to ensure the relevant KPIs are being met and address concerns in performance.
Providing suppliers with updates on the work and sourcing information internally for these updates.
Prepare briefs for campaigns and circulate new creative and ensure the sign off processes are followed.
Provide input and advice for new campaign selections and testing.
Raising campaign code requests and Purchase Order requests as required.
Management of various tactical campaigns for Individual Acquisition.
Research projects and work with colleagues through ensure the team has the information that it needs to develop effective fundraising campaigns.
Ensure all communications are in line with brand, values, identity and overarching organisational messaging.
Support the acquisition team and the individual giving officer in creating and developing supporter journeys for new leads and new supporters.

Experience:

Essential

Educated to a Bachelor degree level or work experience equivalent
Experience of Telemarketing, Direct Dialogue, Direct Marketing and Digital fundraising.
Good analytical and planning skills.
Proven experience of campaign management and delivery.
Attention to detail and diligence in keeping records updated.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience of being in empathy with customers’/supporters’ needs and expectations around multi-channel, multi-message communications. 
Strong time management / organisational skills.
Organised approach to supporting colleagues both in the Individual Giving Team and other departments as needed.
Willingness to test new product / channel ideas, capture learning and roll-out following a successful pilot
