As IG Manager you will lead on donor acquisition planning and the implementation of a range of supporter recruitment and development techniques including through digital channels. This includes leading on the retention and development of individual supporters, increasing the value and length of support from existing supporters and developing joined up, multi-channel fundraising initiatives to engage with supporters in the most inspiring ways possible.

In order to be successful, you must have a demonstrable track record of managing income generation from direct marketing campaigns across a variety of offline and digital channels. Experience in using digital channels to increase IG income, along with a strong knowledge of using Raisers Edge for targeting, segmentation, testing and response analysis is also key.
