Individual Giving Manager

Job description

Harris Hill are very happy to be working with a women’s health charity to recruit an Individual Giving Manager. The newly created position will take the lead on the daily management of individual giving activities and campaigns, an area of focus and investment for this much-loved charity.

This varied position will develop and deliver the multi-channel programme to include both acquisition and retention activities. The programme currently includes a healthy mix of cash appeals, regular giving, Facebook fundraising and legacy and in memory giving. There will be a good mix of “always on” activity and quarterly single gift campaigns, which will require working closely with the digital team.

You will be an excellent relationship manager and communicator, as this role requires working closely with internal digital, marketing and the wider fundraising team, managing external relationships with agencies and suppliers and being a point of contact with donors from time to time.

This position would be a great opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic Individual Giving Fundraiser to step into a management role where they will have a good mix of support and autonomy to develop and deliver this varied programme.
