Individual Giving Officer

Job description

A fantastic Individual Giving Officer position has arisen within a friendly & supportive health related charity based in Bath.

Reporting to the Supporter Engagement Manager, the Individual Giving Officer is responsible for implementing initiatives to engage individuals and encourage them to support the charity financially. This includes the planning and execution of supporter and membership recruitment programmes, management of fundraising campaigns, retention and stewardship initiatives to drive loyalty and lifetime value.

The Individual Giving Officer is also responsible for delivering a programme of legacy marketing activity to increase the number of people leaving a gift to the charity in their Will.

A background in Fundraising, especially in direct marketing/digital fundraising is desirable but strong transferable experience will also be considered. In order to be successful, you must be a self-starter with excellent organisation & communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
