Harris Hill is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to support the Supporter Development team within a national children's charity.

The role will run for 24 weeks on a full time basis. Starting remotely but with a possible 1- 2dpw in the office later down the line. Working in the office is dependent on getting the London weighting which is included within the pay rate.

This fundraiser role will be responsible for:

Project Management managing a variety of fundraising campaigns and ad hoc projects with competing priorities, involving a range of audiences and channels (email, direct mail and telemarketing), across the programmes mentioned above.
Planning & Briefing reviewing previous performance, analysis and strategy to plan, brief and schedule accordingly to meet deadlines.
Data working with data, including briefing and checking data selections and ensuring it will be possible to report on campaigns accurately.
Creative Development developing campaign collateral based on the audience and ask, utilising understanding of print, production, digital and telephone media to make creative as strong as possible.
Production & Postage ensuring that campaigns are delivered in the way we intended, including gathering and comparing quotes to ensure costs are fair, and checking print proofs and live laser proofs to ensure accuracy.
Campaign Reporting monitoring of campaign performance and income, ensuring that campaign KPIs and metrics are reported accurately and consistently.
Financial Reporting monitoring of expenditure, including financial processes such as raising POs, checking invoices and reporting against budgeted expenditure figures.
Post Campaign Analysis reporting on the effectiveness of campaign performance as well offering analysis and context to continually improve our activity.
Managing Relationships working effectively with other departments within Individual Giving, Communications and Fundraising Directorates and other functions within the organisation to maximise income for children. Also working with external agencies to deliver large scale campaigns.
Working Collaboratively working as part of a larger team to meet the same objectives. Working on behalf of stakeholders and representing brand values in the work that you produce. Being dynamic and a team player is essential.

Experience of success in a customer-led environment such as fundraising, sales or marketing.
Experience in using Windows based software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail and the internet, in order to deliver tasks and projects.
