Information System Officer

Job description

I am currently looking for an Information Systems Officer for a well-established East London Housing Association. This role will lead on developing systems, producing reports and data analysis for operational services.

Main duties:
To develop the information management systems improving effectiveness and efficiency to improve services for tenants and participants.
To project manage Improvements for Business Processes and systems across the organisation.
To co-ordinate data for the organisation, producing information reports which inform service improvement and funding bids; report on progress to funders and for external research; and assist the organisation to manage performance and improve value for money.
To proactively develop and co-ordinate the information management system to support, develop the work of the organisation and implement improvements.
Data co-ordination and ensure all data is accurate and consistent through enabling team managers to review data integrity by training and regular checks.
Complete and co-ordinate all funding and monitoring returns
To be main point of contact with our outsourced IT support company
Able and willing to support others in basic finance, HR and administration processes
