A Charity based in Surrey are looking for I.T Project Lead. The successful candidate will manage key system implementation projects to support the delivery of I.T. and Digital Strategy. Working across areas of the business as required and with colleagues at all levels, the I.T.Projects Lead will translate business needs into technology enabled projects, and deliver tangible outcomes on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
Work as an I.T. Business Partner across the organisation to support technology change and transformation. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and manage the delivery of the project in timeframes required.
Create business cases and project documentation, ensuring that they are robust, to the required level of business support, and that sign-off is obtained.
Measure project performance / outcomes using appropriate tools and techniques
Shape project plans and effectively manage benefits, risks and issues;
Coordinate and manage stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects;
Report and escalate issues to management, and any other key stakeholders, as required;
Support the operational I.T. Team with technical implementation tasks when required andHelpdesk support during peak periods.

Person specification
PRINCE2 or ITIL qualification
Project management strong project management skills including: planning, prioritisation, risk / issue management, benchmarking, trouble-shooting and progress tracking
End-to-end system selection and implementation
Applying best practice project methodology.
Delivering operational improvement projects
Defining user requirements
Defining technical requirements.
