Junior HR Advisor
Salary: £26,985 - £29,983

The Junior HR Advisor will play an integral role in supporting the People & Culture Team by contributing across all of the phases of the employee lifecycle, including: onboarding, employee engagement, data and compliance, reporting, HR processes, performance management, etc.


The Junior HR Advisor will work with and develop engaging and effective relationships with all internal colleagues, team members and external contacts. These strong, trust-based relationships, along with your sound knowledge and ability of legislation and HR best practice, mean you are perfectly placed to provide first line HR advice and support to managers and staff on a full range of HR issues.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid HR administration skills who is also experienced at providing first line support to managers on a wide range of employment issues. You will be managing a varied workload including end to end HR processes and providing coaching support and advice to our People and Culture Assistants.

You will work closely with and report into one of our People and Culture Managers, supporting them with more complex HR cases as well as all types of cross organisation projects.

Person Specification
- Strong HR administrative experience across the full employee lifecycle, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of providing first line support to managers and employees with HR queries and ER casework
- Experience of working flexibly and creatively to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload
