Learning & Development Administrator

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Learning & Development Administrator to work part-time (4 day week) for an outstanding animal charity based in central London. This role will see you co-ordinate all internal/external training and learning events, liaising with internal and external facilitators to manage training room logistics, materials, resources and catering needs. Manage all associated course communication with staff and suppliers ahead of learning events.

Main duties:
Provide a customer focused and responsive service for all individuals that interact with the L&D Team, responding to all L&D queries and issues
Manage and maintain L&D team administration ensuring that L&D systems and processes run effectively and that participant lists, evaluation forms, course information and other L&D records are accurately stored and organised.
Input, update and maintain employee training information on the HR system (CIPHR) and ensure all L&D records are created and stored in accordance with GDPR and retention policies.
Process Learning Agreements in accordance with L&D procedures, ensuring effective communication with the learner and accurate record maintenance on the HR system.
Process all L&D invoices in good time for monthly payment runs and ensure that the L&D invoice tracker is regularly and accurately maintained.
Produce quarterly reports and analysis of learning activity for the Head of L&D and Director of Human Resources.
Run reports on course completion and learner activity.
Produce evaluation summaries of learning activities.
