Learning and Development Administrator

Job description

Harris Hill is working with one of the world's leading children's charity to find Learning and Development Assistant to join there HR team. This is a temporary role lasting 4 month's. Duties include:

Key responsibilities

Confirming trainers and relevant guest speakers for the induction, and owning the relationships with them
Logistical arrangements (internal room bookings, setting up rooms, creating induction materials etc
Manage the 200k of levy funding for delivery of apprenticeship programmes
Manage the digital Apprenticeship account to track, maintain and report on funding activity
Support the planning, development, delivery and monitoring of apprenticeships

Key skills

Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook
Excellent organisational and administration skills and the ability to plan and prioritise a high volume of varied work without close supervision
Experience in supporting a team with competing demands and priorities
Self-motivated, pro active and flexible; able to make judgements as to when to take the initiative
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to anticipate future demands and plan time accordingly
