Learning & Development Manager - Performance Management

Harris Hill are proud to be working with a leading INGO in their search for a subject matter experience in developing staff, managing performance management and effectively developing a learning & development strategy across a global remit.

As a qualified L&D specialist or Generalist HR professional with strong experience managing performance management and organisational development you will work across your remit to develop and implement a learning strategy. This will involve you needing to get to grips with the current learning interventions as well as understanding what good performance looks like.

You will possess strong analytical and communication skills as well as being able to engage senior stakeholders and staff across all levels to ensure you can deliver an all sounded service in this role.

There will be an opportunity to work closely with the rest of the HR and wider senior management teams.

The organisation are seeking someone who is able to travel on an ad-hoc basis.

Interviews to be held either in person or skype depending on candidate availability.
