Learning Partnerships Manager

Job description

A charity based in London are looking for a Learning Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will help grow the charity's data literacy programme, specifically focussed on client delivery and partnerships. As a key client and partner facing members of the team, this role is focussed on helping drive forward adoption of balanced data literacy programmes in challenging commercial, government and wider sector environments. Please note this a Fixed Term Contract until April 2022.

Key responsibilities
Working with the Business Development and wider programme teams to develop
proposals to deliver training and learning projects, including ensuring that
opportunities to develop the charity's learning and training products and learning
methodologies are embedded in incoming work
Developing and managing relationships with commercial clients and key
learning distribution partners in order to deliver on strategic programme aims
and objectives
Support the Learning programme team to create and deliver key learning
programmes with commercial clients and distribution partners
Work with other programme leaders to support the integration and adoption of the data literacy programme principles, products and tools.
Designing and delivering new learning projects and programmes; from workshops
and training sessions to online webinars and eLearning modules.
Person specification
Developing proposals for new project work and programmes
Managing large commercial partners to help deliver common goals and high return
on investment.
Delivering executive level briefings, workshops and/or training to multinational
organisations.
Experience in leading projects within a small consultancy or not-for-profit
