Lottery Development Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic regional charity (working across Kent, Surrey and Sussex) in their search for a Lottery Development Manager. 

Contract: Maternity cover

This role sits within a friendly Individual Giving Team, working collaboratively to build engaging relationships with individual supporters. You will be responsible for helping to deliver all day-to-day activity around Lotteries and Gaming, working with the Head of Lotteries and Gaming to engage both new and existing supporters. 

The right candidate will be a competent administrator, experienced in working within a supporter facing fundraising team, with a demonstrable understanding of what constitutes great supporter care. 

Experience within Fundraising is preferable (individual giving/direct marketing being top of the list!) in order to understand the different income streams within a charity, however an understanding of how the lottery works will be taught when appointed.
