I am working with a leading Human Rights organisation who has a new vacancy for an experienced Major Grants Manger to join them for a 10-12 month FTC.

As Major Grants Manager, you will be required to secure income from statutory and institutional funders to ensure the charity meets its fundraising objectives. In addition, you will manage the business development pipeline for large grants, gaining fundraising insight, building connections with potential funders and ensuring that the organisation is in a strong position to respond quickly and efficiently to appropriate opportunities.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to have; significant experience in securing large donations from statutory and institutional foundations, experience in writing detailed proposals for large scale and complex bids, experience of leading and coordinating cross departmental processes and projects, strong relationship management abilities and have the capability to identify, analyse and problem solved.
You will initially be based from home. However, you will eventually need to be in the London office at least twice a week.

This is full time position, but we can consider candidates looking for four days per week.
