Marketing and Communications Executive

We’re excited to be working with a unique, mission-driven educational charity based in London, currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Executive, to help build and deliver lifecycle marketing campaigns that deepen engagement and drive long-term growth.

Working as part of a close-knit and passionate team, you’ll lead on email campaigns, automation flows, and multichannel communications — turning first-time learners into active community members through thoughtful, well-timed messaging. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with digital marketing, email marketing or CRM marketing experience who thrives in a creative yet data-informed role.

About you:

  • Experience in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle communications.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Basic design abilities (e.g., Canva or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and campaign coordination skills.
  • Experience using email/CRM platforms and interest in mission-led, educational or spiritual work.

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Central London, (Hybrid, 1-2 day’s working from home)
