Harris Hill are proud to be partnering with The Insurance Charities as they recruit their Marketing and Communications Executive.

Who are The Insurance Charities?
Based in London, The Insurance Charities has been in existence for over a hundred years, helping past and present insurance employees and their dependants. They give over 1.2 million of help to insurance people in need each year.

How does the Marketing and Communications Executive contribute to The Insurance Charities?
The Marketing and Communications Executive will be a driving force for the charity. In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for managing communications with the Charity's stakeholders via face to face meetings, social media channels, on-line and direct mail campaigns and at events within the insurance industry. You will create digital content, including newsletters and flyers, and keep our website vital, and up to date.

You will work with the CEO and the Charity's Marketing Committee to support volunteers across the UK and Ireland in their publicity efforts as well as engage with insurance employers to develop partnerships to encourage applications from past and present employees, where appropriate.
Current or recent experience of working within the insurance and financial services markets would be a definite advantage.

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and focused individual who can work independently, but as an integral part of a small team, and has exceptional communication skills at all levels.

You will be a credible marketing specialist who is business savvy and will come in with innovative ideas to drive the charity forwards.

You will build long-term relationships, and be adaptable to differing environments and be passionate about growing the charity's reach.

The ideal candidate will have an insurance or financial services understanding, however this is not a pre-requisite.

Additional information
The role is permanent, with the flexibility of either part-time 4 days or full-time 5 days a week.
Salary £45,000.
