I have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join an ambitious team at a Wildlife Trust.

The Wildlife Trust are a small charity with a big vision. Based in Staffordshire, home to some truly stunning nature reserves, the purpose of the role is to inspire more people to engage with and benefit from nature. You will do this by creating marketing and communications campaigns that deliver change, developing and scaling digital impact and securing local and national media coverage driving engagement, support and influence across multiple audiences and channels.

A MarComms generalist used to working on multiple deliverables at real pace you will manage the marketing team ensuring a culture of development and high performance and foster an organisational culture that is positive about change and committed to delivery of the strategic plan.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in media, marketing and PR.
  • Experience of producing publications, both printed and digital.
  • Experience in building, editing and maintaining websites.
  • Experience in managing social media channels effectively and dynamically.
  • A full Driving Licence.

Salary: £31,000

Location: Staffordshire

Contract: Permanent

The charity offers flexible working with a blended home and office split following covid restrictions easing.
