I am keen to speak to a marketing or communications expert who will be excited to join a fantastic Charity, in a newly created role of Marcomms Planning Manager. This is a 12 month FTC, with possible extension, and you can be based remotely, or work in a hybrid manner.

The Marketing and Communications Planning Manager will help transform lives and change attitudes by overseeing the planning and briefing processes for all marcomms support across the organisation. The marcomms team work as an internal agency to the rest of the org, they don’t outsource anything to creative agencies. They need to improve the systems and processes that are in place so that the team (ranging across web, copy, comms, marketing, digital), aren’t too stretched and essential work can be prioritised.

In this role, you will be pivotal in gathering all of the organisation’s plans, and ensuring their marketing, comms, web, data and content teams are all aligned in their priorities, working together to create powerful campaigns and have the resource to meet everyone’s needs. You will be able to propose new ways of doing things, to help us be more efficient, and be able to see through these changes.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, can see the ‘bigger-picture’ but also keep on top of minute detail. You will be able to work independently, and be both collaborative and assertive.

Your experience:
