Marketing Manager Youth charity

Job description

A leading youth charity, who puts young people at the heart of their charity are eager to find a new Marketing Manager who will commission and produce innovative creative communications products.

You will lead and develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support the charity’s awareness, understanding, interest engagement, and also importantly its growth amongst key audiences.

You will be excited to:

  • Lead and develop the marketing strategy
  • Identify key market priorities
  • Lead brand strategy
  • Increase awareness, engagement and income from strategies and products
  • Lead a team of marketing officers
  • Lead complex, cross-team project and communications plans

The ideal candidate:  

Can come from outside or inside the charity sector

Will be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the cause!
