Marketing Manager

Job description

A children's charity in Surrey, urgently seek an experienced Marketing Manager to cover permanent recruitment period of around 3 months. However, the successful candidate can also apply for the permanent role.

We are looking for a candidate that is able to start immediately and hit the ground running, has experience of the day to day running of a busy marketing and creative team.

Duties:
To lead our two junior designers/marketing officers and support them to create high quality materials and assets in line with organisational objectives.
To run an effective in-house, creative studio function and production process, prioritising the work of the team and negotiating deadlines with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
To provide creative services including design and photography to the organisation, including management of external agencies.
To manage and embed our brand guidelines and be a passionate advocate of our visual and brand identity.
To identify, curate and publish content that conveys the work and impact of the charity, including infographics, case studies, newsletters, digital/social and printed materials.
To help develop a compelling narrative and tone of voice that connects with our audiences.
Significant experience of both InDesign and Adobe Creative Cloud software; with the ability to design innovative and effective marketing materials.
