Harris Hill is seeking a Membership Communications Officer ASAP until August on a 3dpw basis within a national charity that helps girls and young women find their potential.

Main responsibilities:
To project manage, plan and deliver effective communications to members (girls and volunteers).
To have an expert knowledge of membership, their perceptions of the charity, and communications needs.
To embed an integrated approach to project planning and delivering member communications across the org.

To build the capacity of the organisation, countries and regions to deliver effective communications to members.

Experience:
Experience of working in the voluntary sector
Experience of planning comms for a large, complex organisation.
Extensive experience of researching and analysing audience communications need and implementing effective engagement strategies.
Experience of co-designing communications plans and tools with service users.
Have developed and delivered risk management and crisis communications
