Are you a confident communicator, driven to engage with people, and excited to work as part of a fantastic charity?

This is a newly created role for the charity, focused on leading a membership programme at a time when the charity are focused on rebuilding their relationship with their members. Members are at the heart of their work. You will look at how we speak with each other, how we understand and act on what’s important to them, how we support them and how we reward their vital support.

The charity want to significantly increase the membership, and in this role you will lead the entire membership experience, delivering membership recruitment, retention and revenue targets.

In this role you will work autonomously, manage your own budgets and show a real flair and passion for your job! Previous experience in membership recruitment would be ideal, but the charity appreciate there are transferable skills in communications and marketing.

Previous charity experience is NOT essential.

Salary up to £40,000
