Membership Officer

Job description

Harris Hill is seeking a Membership Officer for a policy based membership organisations, covering a permanent recruitment period.

This is a key role in administering their membership programme, with an operational responsibility for reviewing, approving and processing membership applications, welcoming new members and forming personable relationships with customers. The organisation has over 16,500 voluntary members and high numbers of applications every month.
Membership contributes an income of over 1m. The post holder will work under the guidance of the Membership manager and will assist in all aspects of implementing the membership strategy, supporting members and offering excellent customer service.
The post holder will support teams and colleagues by sharing membership insight and experiences, liaising between members and staff, and efficient data profiling and reporting.
The post holder will not manage staff but may be asked to task manage temporary staff and/or trainees as appropriate

Skills for the temp:
Intermediate level skills in Excel
Proficient in CRM systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Highly organised and efficient
Ability to multi-task
Experience in customer service and handling enquiries

This role is remote and the salary banding reflects location. Lower end of outer London whilst the upper end is inner London.
