Job title: Organisational Development and Work Culture Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Contract: Full-time (four days a week considered, salary pro-rated), fixed term contract for a year with potential to extend.

Location: Hybrid working

Reporting to: Executive Director

About the role
The Organisational Development and Work Culture Manager is responsible for the development of a dynamic, productive, and creative Healing Justice London culture. Together with the Operations Manager and Senior leadership team, this role will support the development of the Healing Justice London's strategic and operational plans and the delivery of our work. Using creative and radical organisational development strategies and managing change and growth, this role will develop, implement and document the creation and implementation of organisational methodologies and tools.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and builder who enjoys working with a diverse set of people and organisations to deliver concrete outcomes. This role will lead and deliver innovative strategies and tools that help us create an inclusive work culture; that embodies love and rigour and supports our team and wider network to have maximum impact through our work. Integral to the role is developing models and methodologies, sharing insight and developing models for others. We are looking for someone equally passionate about people and process, and how to build a social, encouraging, inclusive and creative culture. You will be committed to fairness, with high professional standards and the ability to build relationships whilst ensuring robust HR policies and processes.
