Organisational Development Manager

Job description

My client is improving their HR function by adding some key positions to their HR & OD teams across London.

This national charity has been changing its the way it works for the better and have now come through a restructure with this newly created role.

You will need to be a strong Organisational Development background with a strategic focus, please note that this is not a training role as there is an L&D Manager to deliver all aspects of training.

The primary objective of this role is to contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.

Candidates must possess level 5 CIPD
