Harris Hill is recruiting for a Part Time Finance Assistant for an International Education organisation based in London.

Your new role
As the Finance Assistant you will be responsible for day to day financial administration of the charity and contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth running of the Finance Department. The primary focus of the role will be to manage credit control, by liaising with the team to minimise late payments, chase overdue payments, and to send reminders and Statement of Accounts to customers for upcoming payment due dates. You will also follow the accounts payable processes and enter supplier invoices and expenses on the accounting software and ensure that payments are authorised on time and recorded accurately.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you must be highly proficient in literacy and numeracy and have excellent ICT skills with the ability to use with confidence, including Excel and Outlook. You must also have experience in similar role, either Finance Assistant or Accounts receivables and knowledge of SAGE 50c Accounts and experience of credit control in an international organisation.
What you’ll get in return
This organisation offers flexibility with hybrid working and a salary of up to £26,000 (full time equivalent). There is a possibility the 6 month contract could be extended or made permanent.
