Harris Hill are delighted to working with a fantastic National Charity in their search for a an interim Partnerships Engagement Officer.
This role is fully home-based.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and stewarding a growing portfolio of regional and national partnerships across a range of fundraising mechanisms, whilst collaborating with the Partnerships Development Lead to ensure the charity's new business pipeline remains robust. You will also have direct responsibility of increasing the retention rate and gift size of the charity' s partners, and securing partnerships equal to, or more than 10,000. They have an active portfolio of about 30 partners ranging from cause-related, COTY to sponsorship.
Working closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team you will develop and launch an exciting portfolio of corporate products and events, paying close attention to the evolving needs of partners in an ever-increasing digital environment.
In order to be successful, you must have experience in recruiting supporters and managing their journeys, keeping them motivated and connected with the cause.
