Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager role for an international animal welfare charity based in London. The purpose of the role is to build profitable and long-term relationships with high net worth Individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
-To maximise the potential of these high value relationships and as a senior member of the team, input into and deliver the Philanthropy Strategy.
-to personally account manage and build relationships with wealthy individuals to secure five, six, seven figure donations.
-Develop and implement the strategy and budget for the recruitment and development of high-value individual supporters in the UK.


Person Specification:
-You will have a strong track record generating four and five figures gifts from individual supporters, managing prospect pipelines, and developing and implementing multi-stakeholder projects.
-Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively across the organisation.
- You will have a strong understanding of fundraising processes, be innovative and creative, and the ability to bring together stakeholders across the organisation to build success.
-You will be an experienced manager, able to motivate, inspire and develop your team, to achieve our ambitious income targets.
