Philanthropy Manager (Trusts)

Job description

Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a renowned national children’s charity in their search for a Philanthropy Manager (Trusts).

The Philanthropy Manager sits within the Trusts & Statutory Team of the Major Giving Department, which is focused on securing both one-off and multi-year gifts from institutional funders (ie. trusts, foundations and government). You’ll manage a portfolio of around 50 supporters and prospects  - building positive relationships to maximise income.

To be considered for this role:

  • Experience of building and managing effective relationships with high level individuals and

    organisations, with proven skills in making successful funding requests / winning new business.

  • Experience of producing proposals and reports to secure income / the ability to produce compelling written and creative materials.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills sufficient to deliver effective fundraising pitches, ideas and project updates to a range of audiences in a clear and inspiring way.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Location: London or Remote

Salary: £24,000 - £33,300 (plus Inner London Allowance of £3,366 if eligible)
