I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for a major International charity. These exciting and essential projects cover a large area, you can be based in any of the offices listed, Chelmsford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Hove, Hertford or Portsmouth.
You will be working as part of the South East Team to provide targeted project management to support an ongoing Winter Pressure scheme for Independent Living. This includes ensuring safe closure or transition back to standard service as applicable. To ensure that all the information necessary and consistent for full evaluation of services you will be gathering information from hospitals, staff and service users. Using evaluation to help to secure long term relationships with hospitals and commissioners.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To operate as the lead business contact on Winter Pressures project for Independent Living in the South East and work collaboratively with the operational team and the Business and Partnership Manager.
Working with relevant teams to manage and resolve business process and data quality/data capture issues.
To ensure timely recruiting and on-boarding of staff is achieved.
To ensure a consistent service delivery across the schemes, in line with Commissioners' expectations and the charity's quality standards framework.
To work with National teams to provide information and case studies for evaluation of services
To capture and share good practice, emerging trends, issues and opportunities that help the team and wider organisation monitor and improve performance.
To provide support, guidance, constructive challenge and professional advice to colleagues within the service.
The overall objective of the Project Manager role is to ensure the successful delivery of the winter pressure schemes, measuring their delivery against targets and ensuring that all lessons from the implementation of the 2019 schemes are fed back as part of the wash up process.
