The Prince's Accounting for Sustainability Project (A4S) is a charity which works to transform finance to deliver a sustainable future.

A4S was established by HRH The Prince of Wales in 2004 "to help ensure that we are not battling to meet 21st century challenges with, at best, 20th century decision-making and reporting systems". They work across the finance community to inspire action by finance leaders to drive a fundamental shift towards resilient business models and a sustainable economy.


The Capital Markets programme works with large financial institutions across the investment chain including asset owners, asset managers, banks and index providers, as well as regulators, professional bodies and the NGO ecosystem, to help redirect flows of finance and investment towards sustainable outcomes and away from unsustainable ones.

The role:
A4S are seeking an excellent Project Manager to support the delivery of the global Capital Markets programme, including key responsibility for project managing the outputs of all capital markets workstreams. The post will involve being part of a small core team, liaising with a wide range of individuals from the financial sector, the regulatory and NGO communities and beyond in connection with this high-profile organization. This role will entail programme delivery, events and communications support, monitoring and evaluating outputs, and broadly ensuring the programme meets its core aims and objectives.

The person:
The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a complex set of activities to enable the efficient, effective, and timely delivery of high-quality outputs. They will have demonstrable senior project management experience - which could be related to corporate or financial services sector or a connected finance related NGO or Nfp environment, but we welcome applicants from any sector. They should be a highly organised self-starter with strong events and networking experience, able to manage a complex set of activities to enable efficient, effective and timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and familiar with project management tools such as Gantt Charts and Risk Registers. Experience of the Salesforce database (or similar) would be desirable.
